    Loved the meatballs. Flavor and texture were great, the mint made this meal pop. The sauce was great on the meatballs, but it was a little salty - could probably skip it if needed.

    Really good! I did line the baking sheet with parchment. Served with lettuce, cilantro, scallions, chopped peanuts and almonds, plus some leftover rice and noodles.

    Family loved these. I'm not sure why the meatballs are baked on an unlined baking sheet - I used a nonstick one and the meatballs still stuck a little; next time I will use parchment. I also didn't bother to flip them. Served over rice, with bok choy on the side, we only used a little sauce. If served over rice vermicelli (like bun cha), we would have used more. I only put 1/2 Tbsp chile-garlic sauce in the sauce so my son could tolerate it.

    This will absolutely go in my main dinner rotation. Simple but extremely good. Loaded it up with a bonkers amount of herbs and it made a really wonderful dinner. Leftovers were also very good.
