    This is an easy and delicious weekday meal. The ratio of meat to veggies is great. We ate it with rice and quinoa.

    Good and very easy. I sliced my own cabbage and carrots since I was trying to clean out some stuff in my refrigerator but with packaged cabbage and carrots this would be very quick. I didn’t have the sambal oelek but threw in some chili crisp to cut the sweetness of the hoisin.

    I used 1 lb ground turkey + 4 oz ground pork and closer to 1 lb red cabbage, shredded by hand, plus a handful of julienned baby carrots. Did not need to increase the sauce. Still quick and easy. Son loved as-is, husband and I added a bit of sriracha. Will definitely repeat.

    A little too sweet for me at first, but I adjusted the samba oelek and it was perfect. Super easy and fast to make.

    Delicious, and quite easy for a weeknight. Like the author says, definitely reminiscent of Moo Shu Pork, but with a bit more kick from the Sambal Oelek. We really enjoyed this, and we’ll make it again for sure. We served with brown rice we made in the Instant Pot.
