    Absolutely fantastic. I love making these and serving these to company. Such an easy and delightful side dish that everyone loves!

    I made these to serve as a base over which I spooned a lovely beef stew. We could taste the parmesan & butter, we didn't miss the milk/cream (calls for saved cooking water instead) and the chives provided good flavour & colour. I would make these again for sure to serve under or beside all kinds of things.
