Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A really simple recipe that comes together quickly and makes a very nice cookie. I made a half recipe and used the hand mixing method for this; I cut them quite small and got 22 cookies. The chocolate flavour is surprisingly rich considering there’s just cocoa powder in these. I used a slightly different recipe for the icing but used peppermint extract as per the recipe.
