Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe is a new favorite. The muffin has a good, hearty texture and the sugar topping stays slightly crunchy. It's essentially a pumpkin bread in the miniature. I liked that these came together quickly and didn't require a lot of ingredients. After 2 days at roomp temp, the muffins do get slightly drier and the topping becomes soft. However, they are still very good.
