    This made phenomenal blueberry muffins. I did a bit of a deep dive recently and have made the Smitten Kitchen and King Arthur Flour blueberry muffins recently. This one is far more my style, not as dense/wet as Smitten Kitchen (sour cream vs buttermilk I presume) and didn't bake as dark as the KAF ones. I also added 1/4t ground coriander to pump up the blueberry flavor. Made with Wyman's frozen blueberries.
