Rosemary focaccia from The Complete Autumn and Winter Cookbook: 550+ Recipes for Warming Dinners, Holiday Roasts, Seasonal Desserts, Breads, Food Gifts, and More (page 319) by America's Test Kitchen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Pretty simple bread with lots of bitter rosemary flavor and salt. We cubed the finished focaccia for fondu. One loaf was the right amount for two. It can be baked in an 8 inch pan in an airfryer at 400F for 9min instead of 30min in oven (though given the rise time, this is more of a not having an oven adaptation than a real time saver lol). I've tried this recipe with different herb mixes and reduced salt on the pan, too. A real winner.
