Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    There is a lot of butter in the dough, but it all comes together in the end, do not despair. My cube pan did not have the exact size dimensions specified in the recipe so I slightly underfilled the cavities, and the dough did not rise high enough during baking to force the brioche into the exact cube shape. Nevertheless, they looked great and tasted excellent filled with the pastry cream. The bruléed tops are a nice touch but not essential.
