Caramelized pork with orange and sage from The Milk Street Cookbook (2017-2022), Fifth Anniversary Edition: The Definitive Guide to the New Home Cooking with Every Recipe from the TV Show (page 365) by Christopher Kimball

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We liked the dish, and easy enough. I’d just microplane the orange next time instead of peeling then chopping. Maybe you chop to prevent burning the orange? I slightly burned the topping because it went fast. Really watch it. Was too much apple cider vinegar for us. I liked the sauce before more than after so I'd add just a tiny bit for the sauce. Since the family didn't like the sauce, they actually thought the dish was fine w/o the sauce.

Delicious dish, with a great mix of sweet and spicy, and a lovely crunch from the topping. Instructions were very clear, and prep was simple. We’ll have this one again.
