    I am saving this recipe to my shelf because it is so delicious. I made it a while back and since I do not have a bundt tin or square tin, I just used a circular tin, and it came out fine. Even my Dad, who puts on a show that he does not like desserts, asked for a second slice!

    This was my first try at using my new bundt tin and as you can see I didn't quite manage to turn the cake out perfectly but thanks to the robust texture of the cooked cake it wasn't difficult to put it back together. The cake itself tasted delicious and smelt wonderful while it was in the oven, I'll definitely be making this recipe again.
