    I used chicken stock instead of dry white wine, which may have been the issue. This was fine but I was expecting more flavor. I will try to make it again sometime with the wine and see if that helps. To be fair, I am a big mustard fan and want a lot of tang when I have mustard flavored things!

    Very tasty and easy. Simmered sauce a bit longer to thicken and added the optional cream. My husband thought it tasted lemony from all the mustard, a good pairing with mixed herbs for spring.
