Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We enjoyed this smoothie. I doubled the ingredients for two people, but only used one banana and 1/4 cup of almonds. I didn’t add the ice cubes. I’ll add protein powder next time, to up the protein. I’ll omit the almonds next time and use protein powder instead.
