Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a lovely plain white bread that doesn't require much work at all. It has a crisp, firm crust and dense interior. The flavor was not yeasty, tangy, or beer-y at all (unlike the dough smell), just plain with a decent amount of salt. My husband really loved it, but I found myself wanting a bit stronger taste. Holds up to thin slicing and sandwiches well.
