    My tenderloins were about 500g each, larger than what the recipe calls for, so I roasted them with the vegetables from the start. I didn't marinate them first and I don't know that it would have made a difference if I had since everything, vegetables included, were flavoured by the marinade/sauce. I recommend lining the sheet pan with foil or parchment to help with cleanup as the marinade did burn in spots before the food was cooked. Great flavours that everyone enjoyed.
