    Needs to marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Can substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for boneless skinless chicken thighs.

    This was a real winner. The marinate with ginger for chicken thighs was great and added pineapple ws a nice touch. Served with my soya walnut rice. Recipe was increased to make dinner for 10 and everyone loved it including children.
