Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Really good dish that will repeat. Did not put olives in and turned out well. Carrots don’t fully cook - which we were ok with - but would probably add earlier. Lemon was strong so maybe would add less. (We had large lemons so maybe the issue) Would add more raisins. And maybe slightly more of every spice.

    Should have started the carrots before the onions because they weren't quite done, but this was really good. I wish it had made more sauce, because I could drink that stuff.
