    I made the dressing for a lettuce salad with carrots, radishes and cucumbers and it worked great. It makes a lot so I cut it inhale and still had enough for 4 people

    This comes together easily and I like that the dressing is all pantry staples. However, it makes a truly massive quantity of salad (too big for my largest bowl) and the noodles soak up a ton of dressing. I had to salt my serving, and I never add extra salt to my plate.
