    I made just the pumpkin vodka sauce and put it over penne. I made two minor substitutions: (1) spicy Italian pork sausage for spicy Italian chicken sausage and (2) 2T homegrown oregano for 2t dried oregano. Otherwise, I made the sauce as written, and it's one of the worst things I've ever cooked. When I tasted it out of the pan, I knew I didn't want to eat it, which is a rare occurrence in my kitchen. I won't be back to Half Baked Harvest.
