Black and blueberry crumble from Skillet Love: From Steak to Cake, 160 Recipes in One Cast-Iron Pan (page 233) by Anne Byrn

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute raspberries for blackberries.

A thick and jammy crumble! It looks like there might be too much oat mixture for the pan, but go ahead and pour it all on top. The flour soaks up the juice, and it's very close to a bar rather than a cobbler. If berries are in season, definitely try this one out.
