Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe inspired me to make something I've not eaten in over 17 years, but used to be a favourite when at street festivals in Germany. I've not rated this because I used a different topping and only used the dough recipe as a template to make gluten-free Flammkuchen. I'd imagined there was more to the dough than just flour, oil and water! My riff on this recipe was fairly successful, but it needed a hotter oven to cook the base through properly. I had cooked toppings and a slightly undercooked base even though I rolled it out very thinly and pre-heated the baking trays. I will continue tweaking this one!
