    It was good. Took some shortcuts to make it on Monday night: roasted chicken with bacon in oven at 400 (pull bacon when early), used bagged tortilla strips. She calls for eggs at 10 min but I think 9 min was the perfect texture. Her ranch is very good - added dill and onion granules.
