Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Easy to make. Lamb leg worked fine with the same cooking time. I did add more salt at the end and wouldn't have minded more spice (used mild kashmiri chili powder). Delicious with the rice pilaf and some plain yogurt on top. The rice was really good, but I would have wanted more if I hadn't also made naan.
