Can substitute lemon balm or mint for lemongrass.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

So fresh and summery!! Make this dish. Great for those who don't like spicy because spice is on the side in the habanero oil. Lime "cooks" the shrimp enough for those who don't love raw. Seriously good.
