Can substitute evaporated milk for milk, and ube extract for ube halaya jam. You may use the Greatest ube halaya jam recipe on p. 28.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Fam loved it, even my brother who isnt a big ube fan! I halved the recipe and baked it on an 8X8, still worked pretty well.
