    Lovely lemony chicken. I added a spoonful of Dijon mustard because most of the other recipes I have seen have some in, and a handful of pitted green olives, for the same reason. The main flavours are the chicken, lemon and onion. I didn't do the sweet potato or rice, I served it with barley couscous.
