Sticky pork skewers with cucumber from Sainsbury's Magazine, Jul/Aug 2020 (page 122)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Excellent using 3/4 inch thick sliced pork belly from Costco. I’ve made almost exact sauce/marinade recipe several times from Japanese language books focusing on Korean style yakiniku in the past and really liked it but always used beef slices in the past and never used skewers or pork. Using skewers work well with this cut of pork. I also added negi or Japanese long onion per skewer. Using gas bbq on low, took about 25 min turning once and brushing on remaining sauce/marinade. Served with eggplant agebitashi and green salad instead of cucumbers. Photo added

The cool, tangy, cucumber salad is the perfect accompaniment to the rich, salty, pork.
