Oat, freekeh, bulgur and black sesame rice (Ōtsu-mugi, furīka, buruguru to kurogoma no zakkokumai / オーツ麦、フリーカ、ブルグルと黒ごまの雑穀米 ) from JapanEasy Bowls & Bento: Simple and Satisfying Japanese Recipes for All Day, Every Day (page 32) by Tim Anderson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really good - nice combination of grains. I was slightly surprised that everything cooked at the same time but it did. Generous portions for 4.

Great variant on basic rice. The flavors and textures of the grains mesh well, and they cooked nicely together.
