    p. 248 – First use of this recipe (and book for that matter) and we loved it! I had to substitute a sweet dumpling squash for the pumpkin and since their flavour profiles are similar, I don’t believe this had an impact on the finished dish. I especially liked that this dish can be prepared ahead then simply re-heated immediately prior to serving. The dish would be equally appropriate as antipasti or, a side dish.
