    Delicious!! I didn't have two potatoes, so I used frozen shredded potatoes - worked great and saved time! I also only pureed 2 c of the veggie mix with the scallop cooking water and half and half. Would totally advise that so you have a decent amount of veggies in your chowder. Will definitely make again!
