    I’ve made this a few times - it’s so much fun to make your own noodles . I love that she provides an alternative noodle in case you want to make it a quick weeknight meal

    I used the pappardelle shortcut but this was good. Subtle heat from the sambal (I only had sriracha on hand) and the cabbage cooked way down, I would add even more next time. I’ll make it again!
