Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was easy but not quick--two-hour cooking time on the sauce. It wasn't really successful for me. It's a LOT of meat, even for a Bolognese sauce IMO. It was 1.5kg (3.3 lb.) of meat for 8 servings. And the sauce never really thickened, even after cooking for two hours and adding in a cup of grated Parmigiano cheese. It was still brothy at the bottom of the bowl, although overnight the pasta absorbed some of it. Taste was okay, but nothing special really. I won't make this one again.
