    Perfect template for a salad side.The dressing is a winner! I substituted a little honey for the sugar. I used romaine hearts,Persian cucumbers instead of European, and green onions because I didn't have a red onion. Added minced chives from the garden and shards of parmigiana reggiano. Infinite variations are possible. Yum!!
