    Can substitute ground chicken thighs for pork mince, chicken broth for Chinese cooking wine, gluten-free wrappers for wonton wrappers, and additional pork mince for prawns.

    The filling is so good in these. I used a bamboo steamer and the filling was cooked at 8 minutes but I think I used the wrong kind of wonton wrapper because they fell apart and became soggy. Next time I will look for the yellow egg wrappers instead of the white ones I bought.
