Greek lemon potatoes from RecipeTin Eats by Nagi Maehashi

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Agree with the previous comments. Turned out really well. I tried to make them crispier by merging Kenji’s recipe for crispy potatoes (I parboiled these in some lemon juice and used olive oil that I had cooked some garlic in, and added the garlic right at the end to roast so it wouldn’t blacken). Nice deep lemon and garlic flavour

Endorse Karina's comments. Delicious spuds .. I did the first braise/cook early in the day and then did the finishing at dinner. Served with the 12 hour lamb.

Amazing! If you want crunchy roast potatoes, these are not the ones you seek. If you want delicious, lemony, meltingly soft potatoes try them. I made them for a family lunch and they were hoovered up.
