    These are fun and unexpected with the hit of curry. I made the version with nori sheets added. Cooking and rolling were tricky. I needed to add a little more salt to the batter for flavor and more water to make a pretty thin consistency, and I had better results with a slightly hotter pan than a cooler one to get a crispy bottom. Made bento with sautéed greens, carrot salad, rice, and umeboshi plum.
