    This is an excellent recipe! I subbed Swiss cheese for the cheddar because that's the type of cheese I had and it worked wonderfully. I also used half the cabbage because the Savory cabbage I had only made 6 cups, but kept the pepper and onion the same . It wasn't as good as leftovers so eat it the day it's made.
