Tabasco- and gochujang-cured salmon poké bowl from A Splash of Soy: Everyday Food from Asia (page 104) by Lara Lee

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was delicious and pretty quick/easy to make! The salmon was spicy, yes, but when all mixed together it was perfect. I sautéed the spinach with garlic instead of pouring boiling water over it, for added flavor, but otherwise followed the recipe pretty precisely. I'd definitely make it again!
