Cranberry orange pecan bread from The Grand Central Baking Book: The Best Muffins, Cookies, Scones, Pastries, Pies, and More from the Pacific Northwest's Favorite Bakery by Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

My loaf pans are 8 x 4 inches, so a little smaller than the recipe calls for. I worried they might spill over, but they just rose very high, and most of the cranberries and pecans also rose to the top. Baking time was a little longer.

Delicious and moist texture - not too sweet with enough orange flavor but not overwhelming. I baked in 9 x 5 loaf pans and the loaves baked up a bit short and flat on top. Next time I would bake in a slight smaller loaf pan to get better height and maybe a crack on top.
