    Perfect side dish! I quartered the zucchini because my beloved doesn’t like them with bite. I used 3 zucchini and made the full amount of sauce and glad I did, that sauce is delicious and would work with other veggies, eggplant, broccoli or cauliflower. Winner

    The key is Sambal Oelek and the shallots.
