Stewed chickpeas with spinach and goat cheese (Qorma-e-nakhod) from The World Central Kitchen Cookbook: Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope (page 190) by José Andrés and World Central Kitchen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute heavy cream for whole milk.

This one is a winner! The cumin-goat cheese cream really makes the dish. Lovely with rice or couscous on the side. This will be a recipe I reach for when I need to use up a bag of spinach or some bell peppers that might be past their peak but can still become something delicious with the right treatment. I might try adding some zucchini to this recipe as well.
