Beer bread from The Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Super quick and easy to mix in a food processor. Baked per the sheet pan instructions, the crust was thin and lightly crisp. Interior was sturdy with medium-small crumb and pleasant chew. Good flavor.

Followed the instructions in every detail, except that I used my grill as the steam oven, resulting in perfect micro blisters. Great depth of flavor from a super simple same day loaf.
