    I had all the ingredients on hand (minus grapes). I used roquefort for the blue cheese, and did my usual substitution of fennel for the celery (I am not especially fond of celery, but love fennel). I liked the dressing much better than any mayo-based dressing. It was very easy and delicious!

    We liked this salad a lot -- easy to put together, good mix of flavors. I don't love my current honey so subbed maple syrup and reduced amount a bit. Served with a brothy bowl of Christmas limas.
