    Easy lunch, which we all enjoyed. I spooned away much of the lamb fat (there was lots) and feel I removed too much. The recipe says to heat the tortilla in a dry pan, but it needed some fat or oil to moisten and look like the picture.

    Very easy. Don’t skip the harissa-yoghurt dip. It really adds a fresh note and more flavour.
