Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

My meatballs were a combo of beef, pork & mild Italian sausage. I liked the idea of using the 3-herb "paste" (ie a no nut pesto :) in the meatballs & also tossed with the tomatoes before roasting. The option of using "1 cup of prepared pesto" gave a target for the homemade and as I was cleaning out herbs, I eyeballed a bit & topped it up with pesto from the freezer. Result was mixed...T thought this was very good but (surprisingly) while I really liked the tomatoes, overall I said "just okay".
