Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Chocolate peanut butter pie

    • Kn1tgrl on June 26, 2024

Used this as a roadmap. Made the chocolate crust recipe from Serious Eats. This allowed me to skip buying Oreos and chocolate wafers (which no longer exist). Made homemade Cool Whip from Midwest Made. Made homemade chocolate and peanut butter Magic Shell from Bravetart, to drizzle on top.

  • Peppery ranch dressing

    • LemonVerbena on February 12, 2024

This recipe gets rave reviews online but it was just not my cup of tea. Just tasted like mayonnaise with herbs to me. A 2nd batch adjusting the ratios didn't do much better.

  • Pan-charred broccoli

    • estanzler on March 29, 2024

Very tasty and easy. Wish i had doubled it.
