    We are always on board with a seasoned, grilled, thinly sliced ribeye + home canned pickled onions & shredded romaine (replacing the arugula) piled on a ciabatta BUT the real surprise / winner here is the creamy spread full of basil pesto, chopped pickled jalapenos & jalapeno hot sauce. This stuff was great on the sandwiches but also would work with quesadillas or as a dip for chips/veg or...or...or...
