Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a tasty dish. That being said, I'm not sure if I'll make it again anytime soon due to the cost and effort involved. The Oleo-Saccharum needs to sit at least overnight to 24 hours, so planning ahead is key. Zesting 6 oranges took me the better part of an hour, and that's before making the sauce and chicken. Plus organic oranges aren't cheap.
