Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This came out way better than I imagined it would. Will use a cast iron skillet next time and batch the tofu. Tofu got stuck to the pan and was too crowded (used entire 14 oz block). Omitted the turmeric and blended some feta in with the yogurt to get some extra tang.

    Substituted cashews for walnuts, otherweise made as written. A family hit, will be repeated.
