Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I liked this, but I didn't love it. I think that might've been because the 'gianduja' jar from sous chef suggested in the headnote was a spread rather than a paste, so I think it didn't give an intense enough flavour. So I might try this again with a true paste. The pastry did crack a fair bit, so keep a bit aside to patch things up during the cooking process
