    An easy, quick, zesty soup. I had 3/4 of a leftover avocado that I wanted to use up while it was still in good shape, so I made 1/2 a recipe for two of us. Even with 1/4 cup of added milk, the soup consistency was on the thicker side. The garlic and red pepper ramp up the flavor. Served with a couple shrimp on top of each soup bowl (made as a side to a salmon entree).
